Shipping destinations
We ship to eligible addresses in the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland, Italy, Singapore, Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, Australia, and New Zealand. Destinations outside these 18 countries are not available for delivery.
Excluded delivery areas
We currently cannot deliver to the regions listed below.
- United States: Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and military addresses (AA, AE, and AP). Delivery is available to the contiguous 48 states and Washington, D.C.
- United Kingdom: Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Outer Hebrides, Orkney, Shetland, the Isle of Wight, and the Isles of Scilly.
- France: Corsica and overseas regions and territories.
- Spain: the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
- Italy: Sicily and Sardinia.
- Malaysia: Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuan. Delivery is available to Peninsular Malaysia.
- Japan: Okinawa, the Izu Islands, and the Ogasawara Islands.
- Australia: Tasmania, Lord Howe Island, Norfolk Island, Christmas Island, and the Cocos (Keeling) Islands.
- New Zealand: the Chatham Islands and overseas dependencies.
- Other overseas territories: Greenland, the Faroe Islands, the Dutch Caribbean, and other destinations not included in our country list.

Personalized, made-to-order, preorder, or temporarily unavailable items may need more time to prepare. Please check the product details or any updates we send you for the expected timing.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Eligible orders with a merchandise subtotal of US$88 or more after discounts qualify for free standard shipping. Shipping and taxes do not count toward this amount. Some products qualify for free shipping even below US$88; check the product page for details.
If your order does not qualify for free shipping, you can see the shipping cost at checkout before you pay. Free shipping is available only within our delivery area. Any taxes or import charges are separate.
If a separate delivery estimate is available for your order, you can find it in the product details or at checkout.
Use the times in the table as a guide. Your destination, customs processing, courier schedules, weather, and public holidays may affect when your parcel arrives.
Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels
If your parcel is unusually delayed, delivered to the wrong address, or damaged, please contact the carrier first, then let us know through our Contact page. Share your order number, tracking number, and any relevant photos so we can look into what happened.
